Puzzle Bobble: Everybubble! Reviews
Decades of sub-par copycats haven't dulled the appeal of Puzzle Bobble and while there's too few new ideas this is an effective reboot for what remains a classic match-three puzzler.
Solid and definitely has an audience. There could be some hard-to-ignore faults, but the experience is fun.
Puzzle Bobble EveryBubble! It is the usual classic puzzle, but with new types of pomp, puzzles and challenges, with the incentive that almost all content, except online modes, can be enjoyed by up to 4 simultaneous players. Even with these novelties, it does not reinvent the wheel, but it is still a safe bet for lovers of the genre.

Puzzle Bobble is simply one of the most popular and played puzzle games in videogames history. In this new edition we find the usual gameplay but also many new modes including... Space Invaders. If you love the series, don't pass it up.

In 2023, it's nice to know that an old formula still works. Taito overloaded the cute-ness on this title. The online mode is a nice touch, and definitely extra points for the Space Invaders crossover. Plus, who can turn down online Puzzle Bobble? Puzzle Bobble fans, this one's for you. PAYOMPA!
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! feels like a fitting, worthy new entry in the long-running series. There's a rich mixture of single and multiplayer/online modes on offer here, and though the AI bots can leave something to be desired, this is overall a well-rounded and appealing package that's sure to appeal to any action puzzle fans. We'd give this one a recommendation to anyone looking for an addictive puzzler that doesn't require too much mental investment to 'get' and that keeps you on your toes. The simple and brilliant game design on display here is admirable and it's sure to eat up hours of your time once it gets its hooks in you.
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! takes the serie back to form after some lackluster episodes, bringing new gameplay elements to the table and adding an addicting 4 player mode.

A fun Puzzle Bobble experience on Nintendo Switch
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is a super addictive and cutesy game that's fun to play both single-player and with friends. I would have loved the option to change the music as it becomes quite irritating when you hear it repeatedly due to difficult stages.
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! offers something for both young and adult players. The basic concept is simple and easy for everyone to grasp. However, over time, it presents a decent challenge, allowing you to choose more difficult levels that truly test your intellect, speed, and reflexes. It is a pleasant puzzle game that fills your leisure time well, with few shortcomings - occasional imbalance in difficulty, a lack of significant new features, annoying character voices, and some subpar sound effects.

The variety of levels and mechanics make each stage feel like its own puzzle, and the unlockable EX stages offer a stout challenge for those so inclined. The amount of content within the story mode in particular and the way EveryBubble scales based on the number of players lead me to give it a hearty recommendation. It could use a few more options in VS mode and extras in the main menu, but overall this is a puzzler well worth busting a move to.
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is a good game, and it’s absolutely fine fare if you don’t already own a version of Taito’s venerable series. The new quirks don’t break anything fundamental, and that’s for the best in terms of maintaining series quality. At the same time, the new modes don’t add a lot.
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! marks a great return for the iconic series. It may take a few missteps with some minor gameplay elements but what's here still provides a superb collection of bubble-bursting fun that you can easily enjoy with friends.
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! shows the bubble-blowing dinosaurs' puzzle in excellent shape. With good challenges, varied stages and multiplayer for up to four players, this is an easy recommendation for any player who wants to dive into the world of match-3.

I am pleased to say that this still is an outstanding puzzler, from the best, most engaging puzzle mode in the franchise, a fantastic scorechaser world, and decent online multiplayer, Puzzle Bobble Everybubble still shows that Taito can nail a lot of aspects that make the franchise fun to play.
Bust of Move Everybubble! (sorry, Puzzle Bobble) is a solid return to a much-loved arcade puzzler. If you have been away from the series for a while, this is a welcome return to see an old friend. If you’re new, this is a great jumping-on point if you’re looking for one of the best arcade puzzlers in the genre. A hearty challenge to enjoy alone or with friends. It falters a little for me by its lacklustre Versus mode, which doesn’t quite recapture the thrill of the arcade games. Still, the experience was enough to bubble up all the warm moments I have had playing previous entries in the series with my wife. And in time, I hope to share this with my boy. Now, for the love of all that is bubbly, can we have a new Rainbow Islands game Taito?
Delivers plenty of variety for solo or group play around its classic core play, and throws in an unexpected mash-up for good measure
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble is a competent Puzzle Bobble product, with the expected features that offer up exactly what you’d want out of the franchise. It’s quick and easy to get into, with no fluff whatsoever. The added gameplay features are definitely neat and help add a wrinkle to the already excellent color-matching puzzling that’s worked for decades. If you have yet to play one of these on the Switch and are looking to get your fill, Puzzle Bobble Everybubble will surely get you sorted.
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble is basically more of the tried and true formula that has been going on for the past thirty years. Despite that somewhat dismissive statement, don’t call that criticism. The franchise has tried to reinvent itself in the recent past with a 3D iteration, and it didn’t work very well. Returning back to its more successful format, with just a few additions here and there to pretty much justify its existence as a brand new, commercially-available product, was the right choice.
Puzzle Bobble: Everybubble! does what the series does very well, smartly adding new ways to play, keeping the campaign fresh, but also providing enough content away from that to keep you invested and engaged. Accuracy is a little bit off using the aim at times but this is as close to a definitive Puzzle Bobble experience as you’ll find, with an exciting looking global ranking mode and a multiplayer inclusion which, when it works, it does surprisingly well.
