A true next gen golf game and a must for golfing fans.
The Golf Club 2 is challenging and rewarding recreation of what it is like to play golf in the real world. It captures the ups and downs of the sport wonderfully and should be played by links fans everywhere.
There aren't too many issues with The Golf Club 2 and it generally emulates the sport of golf rather well.
The Golf Club 2 enhances what made the first one great, adds new features to its level editor and more control over each play. One of the most complex and rewarding golfing games from the past 10 years.

So now with the released of The Golf Club 2, I finally got to get my gloved left hand on the controls. The game once again being developed by HB Studios they have given us what could be the greatest golf game released.
As a 21st century sports title, the modes are a little lacking whilst the mechanics and course creator beat anything else yet made
While there are some technical hiccups that occur here, The Golf Club 2 still offers the best round of play available on any platform currently. If you can look past those concerns, fans of the sport should find a great deal to enjoy about this latest offering in the series.
I'm under no illusions. Create a brand new golf franchise from scratch is no easy feat. There's a lot of things to get right, and while The Golf Club 2 delivers on some fronts, it's really lacking on others. At its best, it's an average golf game with near endless hours of content and a strong community feel.
'The Golf Club 2' is this year's must-have game for fans of the sport
In general, I like what The Golf Club 2 has to offer. It is a really solid representation of the sport both in terms of mechanics and the overall aesthetics.
The Golf Club 2 is exactly what you want from a sports sequel. It's a much better version of the game that makes you forget about the previous title instead of longing for it. The number of modes still feels sparse when compared to EA's older golf titles, but the major additions do a good job of working toward something more comprehensive for golf game fans. The dedicated community shows that the game will have legs for years, much like the first game, and while the presentation hasn't improved greatly, it looks respectable by today's standards. Even though The Golf Club 2 is the only current serious golf game around, fans should be happy to know that it's still a very good title.
The Golf Club 2 comes out swinging to show they took feedback from the first installment, and improves on every aspect of the original. From the customization options to the stellar game of golf on the course, The Golf Club 2 is a near perfect simulation golf game. The only thing keeping it from being the best ever are a few technical hiccups and a dry presentation offering.
The Golf Club 2 is a satisfying and challenging golf simulation that succeeds thanks to the depth and quality of its core mechanics and number of courses available, despite a lackluster visual presentation and lack of proper online multiplayer.
Simply put, if you love golf, you’re going to love The Golf Club 2.
The Golf Club 2 it is not a bad game, but it feels like it is developed for playing one single match at a time, rather than a long-term experience. The gameplay is still quite satisfyng, whilst the new single player and multiplayer modes didn't go entirely towards the right direction.

The Golf Club 2 will entice you with easy-to-learn gameplay but will hook you with the quest for the perfect shot!
The Golf Club 2 improves upon its predecessor in every department. However, graphical issues and an irritating implementation of ghost players means this drive lands in the light rough rather than the fairway.
The Golf Club 2 follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, providing an unrivaled golf simulation that still lacks surrounding content to keep it relevant for months to come. The new career mode leaves a lot to be desired, but few sports games can compete with how solid the on-course gameplay is within The Golf Club 2. Societies is also a welcome addition that golf-loving friends will really appreciate. The Golf Club 2 is still a ton of fun to play, but it's clear that HB Studios needs to revamp some of the side activities heading into The Golf Club 3.
In spite of its minimalist aesthetic sense, The Golf Club 2 is an excellent compromise beetween a fun game and a realistic simulation. The career mode is very demanding and the golf courses editor is amazing.
