Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 Reviews
Boring narrative aside, Sniper Elite Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is superb at delivering its bread and ballistics gameplay. Focused purely on the art of the kill, CI Games has crafted numerous detailed sandboxes to become the ultimate long-distance predator inside of, resulting in a game that forges ahead and doubles down on its own unique brand of hold-your-breath gunplay. Pure cathartic and exhilarating action with every squeeze of the trigger.
With exhilarating moment to moment gameplay, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 delivers on its promise of longer shots, new gadgets, better contracts, and everything you've come to expect. Sure, it brings bugs and design choices that'll make you scratch your head, but that's no reason to avoid this one. Lock and load.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 still manages to offer a decent romp with its blend of stealth and action. Unfortunately, it relies too much on "long shot contracts" as opposed to the sandbox-oriented exploration of its predecessor. Likewise, given a multitude of challenges in each level, the autosave system becomes noticeably restrictive.
At the end of the day, the upgrades from the PS4 version aren’t massive, but they are significant. If you’re looking for a solid sniping FPS on PS5, not only is SGWC2 you’re only choice, but also it’s a great one.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is good for a short time, not a long time. What could have been a glorious game full of compelling contracts and challenging assassinations gets muddied by boring regions that are just begging to be filled with objectives to make them seem worthwhile. Instead, you’ll spend more time walking around than actually sniping the baddies. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 feels unsure of whether it can truly be a strong sniper simulator so instead it tries to outgun other FPS and assassination games – unfortunately, despite it’s fun sniping gunplay, it misses the mark on both.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a concise, focused sniping experience that packs a good punch at just $40. With lots of long range shots, fun gadgets, and good mission design, it’s an easy recommend if you’re looking for a summer sniping romp.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 works well as a sniping game and a stealth FPP game with interesting maps. The title focuses on getting straight to gameplay instead of overwhelming players with numerous scripts and cutscenes. It’s not perfect, but each installment of the series is getting closer to a bullseye.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 delivers one of the best shooters of the year, with intense sniping, skillfully crafted progression, and engaging levels
On the whole, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is an accomplished sequel. It builds on the first game in meaningful ways, expanding the scope of its gameplay while also being more accessible to newcomers. It remains great fun visiting one of the classic regions and figuring out the best ways to complete its available contracts, while the new long-range contract regions complement them very well, offering a different type of sniping challenge. Better yet, despite being released at a budget price, it has the look and feel of a AAA game. Needless to say, if you’re keen to do some armchair sniping, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 deserves to be in your game collection.
A huge step in the right direction, and more groundbreaking and notable than the last game; SGWC2 legitimately elevates its self from its pedigree to form an absolutely rock solid package. This is definitely one to play and highly recommended for sniping aficionados. Now that the level of presentation matches the in-game content it's a package not to be missed especially on PS5.
In short - Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a decent port and if you like stealth combined with an interesting shooting system, get the title prepared by the Poles.

Despite some glitches and bugs, and a useless drone, this really is the definitive modern day sniper experience, and definitely recommended.
Sniper Ghost Warriors Contracts 2 is a good game to feel like a sniper, fun and Kuamar is a scenario with very varied environments, but CI Games has been very neglected with the performance and AI, and sadly tarnishes the overall image of the play.
