V Rising Reviews
If you're into the survival crafting genre, action RPGs, or vampires in general, V Rising is an absolute blast, alone or with others.
V Rising is not only an exceptional survival game but a great ARPG as well. With great combat, boss design mixed in with a healthy dose of well-balanced and meaningful survival crafting systems that make progression fun. This makes for a uniquely engaging experience that lets you live out the ultimate vampire fantasy.
V Rising is a great open-world survival that brings in a highly gothic vampire element. Unlock new forms and fight your way to the top of the food chain by killing boss after boss. Take it even further with the Secrets of Gloomrot expansion and explore new technological wonders that are available alongside thirteen new bosses. Whether you just stay near your base to build or venture out into the wilds to hunt down vampire hunters and other bosses is entirely up to you.
V Rising is an incredible ARPG game with exceptional survival mechanics. almost every single aspect of this game, from combat to visuals, have been implemented perfectly.

While its time-consuming crafting aspects can take the bite out of the vampire fantasy, V Rising really does rise to the occasion with its excellent boss design and respectable ARPG combat.
The PS5 version of V Rising is just as playable and compelling as the PC version, and you absolutely should play one or the other if possible.
One of the best adventure survival ARPGs out there and one of the best vampire games ever: do you need anything else?

V Rising is a delicious duo of survival-crafting and action-RPG fun that puts the best of both worlds together without making either side fall flat.
V Rising may not have the deepest survival game mechanics around, but that is hardly a problem. The experience crafted by Stunlock Studios manages to masterfully weave together mechanics from very different genres to provide an experience like any other on the market. While solo players may find the experience becoming a little stale over time, everyone else will find plenty of reasons to remain in this world, whether it's to perfect their characters or build the most haunting vampire castle ever seen.
When development on Battlerite stopped, I got sad. When I played the full version of V Rising, I was a little less sad because V Rising was a very fun survival game that reminded me of Battlerite. And building a huge vampire castle is pretty fun, too.

V Rising redefines the survival genre with its enthralling vampiric twist and rich, gothic landscapes, proving that being a vampire has never been more captivating.
V Rising's surprising blend of genres manages to incorporate a vampire simulation no game has accomplished. Harvesting blood from foes and the innocent to not only strengthen your powers and your castle results in a satisfying, gothic fantasy.
V Rising is a decent multiplayer survival sim. The game definitely deserves your attention. For a small price, you can get a large amount of content that will take dozens of hours to complete and this is only just the beginning.
V Rising is an incredibly solid RPG that is set within a gothic world where we must battle through against mankind and the sunlight through the lenses of a vampire, trying to restore the glory that once was theirs. The combat and environment within V Rising are highly addicting and satisfying that roaming around the map will always yield positive results. V Rising has almost everything that I want within an RPG game, and those who seek a game to spend their summer this year might want to take a look at V Rising.
V Rising is easily one of the best survival and creation titles on the market, largely due to the great use of its world and setting, with a simplified design and quality to spare.

V Rising and its latest major expansion, Secrets of Gloomrot might become the next major hit with its unique survival and building mechanics, but also the combat system. The Gloomrot area, in particular, is a shocking change of pace and scenery while bringing a whole new set of challenges to face off against. However, it also brought in a lot more for the vampires who like to stay at the castle and decorate.
V Rising is an open-world online survival game with a theme that is as atypical as it is attractive. We will play a vampire who after a long slumber awakens to try to recover the domains that were once his, although to do so he will have to start from scratch, both to recover his power and to create his own castle. The game is very well designed and has very well resolved gameplay. Maybe we can say that V Rising is too linear, which it is, or that it almost lacks PVE post-game, but many hours of fun await us as soon as we get our hands on it.

V Rising is a tantalising survival action-RPG that’ll keep players wholly invested thanks to its compelling combat, satisfying sense of progression, and brilliant multiplayer mechanics. I’ve adored playing the game with a group of friends and building impressive castle bases to lord over the land of Vardoran from, whilst each enemy I vanquish and piece of progress I make invests me further into the world. I’ve put in a ton of hours over the last week, but believe me, I’m nowhere near done with it yet. It’s newbie friendly too, so don’t be intimidated by the many mechanics at play. Be warned though: the other players in the world are bloodthirsty vampires too, and they won’t be afraid to cause you harm.
