Don’t get me wrong, Bayonetta 3 is still an excellent action game. If you like the franchise, you’ll still have a great time with it. It still retains the dumb fun vibe the franchise is known for, and the fact you can play this over-the-top nonsense anywhere you want to is a major plus. But I cannot ignore the fact it feels more like a game being held hostage on a console which cannot run it like it should. Being a Nintendo Switch exclusive is a detriment to its potential, and, as a result, we’re getting drab visuals, less impressive level designs, and serious framerate and resolution issues.

Bayonetta 3 maintains its frenetic gameplay and action that's classic for the franchise and the studio. Unfortunately some narrative decisions hamper the potencial of the game and doesn't quite stick the landing with the fans and the universe as a whole.

Bayonetta 3 is a stylized three-dimensional beat-em-up featuring the popular character Bayonetta. Despite being the third entry in this beloved series, this is my first encounter with the franchise, so I was both excited and curious to see what the hype was all about. Did the game justify itself to me? Find out in this Rapid Review.

Splatoon 3 lives up to its hype, although I was disappointed by the boss fights in the campaign. These were crisper and more challenging in the predecessors. Nevertheless, the color shooter is a really good video game. There is a lot to discover, not too much backtracking and actually everything that gamers have wished for. "Love it or leave it, there's nothing in between" describes Bayonetta very aptly for me. Newcomers should have completed the first two parts beforehand or at least watched a summary on YouTube. Otherwise, the mood will certainly not really come up, because you will not understand the relationship of the characters. However, if you don't care about that and want great-looking action, you can jump right into Bayonetta 3 and have a lot of fun. The fights are fast and look great. The story is okay, but actually seemed a bit beside the point. The "multiverse" theme should hardly be a surprise for anyone in the video game scene, but it offers Bayonetta a lot of freedom and even great locations for carnage. Except for the performance and slight problems with the camera, which cost me a healing potion in some places, Bayonetta 3 is a successful title and a worthy successor to a game series that has thrilled fans for years. In addition, the video game is suitable for both beginners and veterans, which makes it even more attractive.

Bayonetta 3 is not a perfect game. It doesn’t look as good as possible nowadays, bit makes you forget about that really fast. The action is bizarre, stylish and fast paced and the game offers enough variation to make you enjoy it for tens of hours.

Bayonetta 3 is one of those games where you can't help but feel good while playing. Taking the work of the previous game and improving on it in practically every aspect, this title offers us a much more diverse, fun gameplay and a more consistent and appealing story with excellent characters and touching twists. Not even the fact that it is one step away from disaster from a technical point of view prevents Bayonetta 3 from being one of the easiest games to recommend to everyone this year.

Bayonetta 3 is a great game that plays away nicely after a difficult start, but does not always convince completely. The first hour players probably won't mind anything thrown at them, but for newcomers it's quite overwhelming. That applies not only to the story, but also to the controls and the like. The makers seem to have assumed that you already know how everything works. The game feels graphically dated, especially in the cut scene. However, you get used to it quickly and it doesn't really get in the way of the game.

Bayonetta 3 is a strange mix of some of the series’ best moments together with some of its worst. At its high points, Bayonetta 3 easily stands with or even surpasses its predecessors, but its glory is marred by questionable decisions and missed opportunities. How much importance you place on the story will likely determine how you feel about this entry. If the story is an afterthought for you, you’ll enjoy the high-quality combat and intense action, but if the story matters, prepare yourself for tonal differences and storytelling that raises more questions than answers.

The new title of the sensual witch is a torrent of action, debauchery, delusions and excesses, in which everything is possible, where everything is big, and bigger, and bigger and bigger, and nothing, absolutely nothing, leaves anyone indifferent. the new.

Bayonetta 3 from wildcard creator Hideki Kamiya and developer Platinum Games is a complete mess. After more than half a decade of development, the third entry in the Bayonetta series is not just a major downgrade from its well-received successors–it is also a far cry from everything that made the prior games beloved and absurd extravaganzas. It may not be an unplayable disaster, but between its interrupting cutscenes, stale gimmicks, embarrassing level design, kaiju-styled set-pieces that fail to be fun, and dreadful narrative, the game is bouncing all over the place in terms of quality and consistency.

If we do not reach the perfect score is because of the small flaws that the title has, which can affect the final set, but that, if they were not, would give us as a result one of the most enjoyable games of the Nintendo hybrid.

Bayonetta 3 is grand, addictive, and an absolute must-see. The fact that even its serious performance issues on the Switch are not enough to stop a genuine recommendation is a testament to the quality of the third game in one of the most interesting franchises in the gaming industry. Don't let yourself be fooled: for all intents and purposes, here's PlatinumGames' magnum opus and another great hit from Nintendo.

There’s a lot more to Bayonetta 3 than there was to the series’ prior titles. A lot of it works really well, offering a game that’s far larger in scale while still nailing the core action the series is known for. While the lack of focus may stop it from being quite as strong a total package as its predecessor, the high points here are as good as the series has ever been.

Bayonetta3 broke anew its own action that had already peaked by previous titles. While refining the existing combat system, the game also tried to expand by adding new elements. The addition of a new element can be felt awkward, but they all fit together as if they were there all along. However, it is hard to believe that this is the title to closes the original saga, especially where it shows the most clumsy story in the entire series.

With epic set pieces, fast frenetic action and tons and tons of options, Bayonetta 3 expertly builds on top of the very solid foundation laid down by the first two games in the series. I, for one, am willing to wait eight years if that how long it takes for another game as bombastically insane and awesome as this one.

Bayonetta 3 is the best and the worst in the series at the same time. I feel that it manages to reach the highest points of the series yet, but is also paired with some of the lowest. The over-the-top cutscenes and combat have never been better and the gameplay is truly diverse throughout. Unfortunately, the performance, the weak story, and some horrid open-level design really harm the product from what initially on paper could have been the definitive Bayonetta experience. Bayonetta 3 for better or worse is a culmination of everything Platinum has created up to this point. Even on its darkest day, Bayonetta 3 is still a must-play for not only fans of the series but fans of the genre.

Bayonetta 3 delivers one of the best adventures of the year. This is all thanks to highly satisfying gameplay and several new concepts. The PlatinumGames team took some risks with this sequel that served the experience very well. The third game in the series is close to perfection and will satisfy action lovers and fans of the studio. In the end, Bayonetta 3 proves that there's still plenty of room for more mature games on Nintendo's console. I also recommend that you play it on the big screen given the visual quality and, preferably, with a Pro Controller for the best gameplay experience.
