Tales of Graces f Remastered Reviews
Tales of Graces f Remastered is one of the best titles in the series and the new version only helps to improve the experience even further. In addition to being a game that will please those who already know the franchise, it is also perfect for newcomers who want to enter the world of Tales. May Bandai Namco view the success of the relaunch positively and may this mean a possible return of other classics from the franchise, like perhaps, who knows, the other Team Destiny titles that are exclusive to Japan.

Bandai Namco gave us a very good remaster of Tales of Graces F, which unfortunately does not have new story content, but it comes with several upgrades. Thanks to these upgrades previous players of Tales of Graces F, but mostly new players, can better enjoy this game.

Despite my misgivings with this particular port, I adored my time revisiting Tales of Graces f. I’d need to see if a Tales of the Abyss port is in our cards to fully decide, but at the moment I think this is the Tales game for me. I’ve caught the bug again, and I really want to comb through this series’ back catalogue. This is probably the best Tales remaster we’ve gotten so far, even if there are parts I wish could have been improved further. As the first title in this Remaster project, however, this is a promising start. If you’re interested in playing this and really want to dive into the battle system, you should probably play it on any other platform. If you’re here for fun vibes, the Nintendo Switch version will do you fine enough.
The Remaster also contains the F arc, an epilogue that adds story content, more character development, and new gameplay features. From its moving storyline and memorable characters to its captivating mechanics, Tales of Graces f Remastered will please a wide range of gamers, from series veterans to newcomers seeking a rich JRPG experience.
With some great quality-of-life changes and upgraded graphics, Tales of Graces f Remastered is the best way to play the beloved JRPG.
Tales of Graces f Remastered is a role-playing game remaster as it should be. It maintains the quality of the original, but improves it visually and adds a few new features that improve the gaming experience for newcomers and fans alike. The remasters in the series can go on like this.

Tales of Graces f Remastered combines an intriguing story—despite Asbel's naïve demeanor and some predictable plot twists—with the compelling mystery surrounding Sophie, the tensions within a reunited friend group after seven years, engaging Skits, a versatile combat system, stunning remastered visuals, and accessibility upgrades, making it a worthwhile experience that promises hours of entertainment.

Tales of Graces F Remaster is one quite amazing JRPG which overflows with charm, cliché story and interesting plot twists which would push you to the limit of saying “Just one more save point!!!!”. Modernized to perfection in order to be more accessible to more fast paced life, this game could be considered as a homework on “how to do proper remaster” these days.

Tales of Graces f Remastered makes a great comeback for an underrated game. This version brings back its heartfelt story and wonderful characters, showcasing the charm and depth that fans missed before. The combat system is engaging, and the nostalgic art style, similar to Tales of Vesperia, makes it special. While the older environments and common anime tropes might not appeal to everyone, the new features and smooth performance on modern platforms make it enjoyable for both long-time fans and new players.
Tales of Graces f is a lot better than the mediocre remaster of Tales of Symphonia. Despite the outdated graphics, the game feels much more modern. It is the first remaster of a project to bring more games in the series to modern platforms. This is successful and for fans of the genre you are very good with this game. Although it will not feel revolutionary.

Tales of Graces f has become one of my favorite games in the series. The combat feels amazing and addicting thanks to the fast-paced action and great progression depth with the Titles and Dualize system. The story isn't the most surprising, but the cast of characters is fantastic and carries the plot as it continues. The visuals hold up nicely, too, thanks to the cel-shaded aesthetic. It can be a little obnoxious to run from place to place, and the story is predictable at times, but it's still an incredible way to experience one of the best Tales games in existence. It also runs wonderfully on the Steam Deck, with only some minor issues here and there that are inconsistent. Since the issues don't always pop up, I would say this is a safe bet to play on your Deck without problems, and I recommend setting the TDP limit a little lower to save on battery without compromises.
