Fall Guys is a wonderful summer scorcher and one of the more unique and inventive offerings in this crowded battle royale space.

On one hand I really like a lot of what Fall Guys has to offer. It's bright, colorful, zany, and it controls well, but some of the round types are simply obnoxious and the RNG makes each game a crapshoot.

I loved Fall Guys. It is exactly what I expected from it: a brand new, family-friendly take on the battle royale genre that is really easy to pick up and play, and almost impossible to master. This is a game that will please any kind of gamer, regardless of age, gender, or skill level. It’s simply impossible not to smile while playing it.

Fall Guys is a fun party game that wonderfully replicates TV’s silliest game shows, but replaces the boring humans with lovely bumbling egg monsters.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is worth playing for multiple reasons. It's fast-paced, silly, and fun. It's a unique take on the battle royale formula. It's great in short bursts or longer play sessions. This is just a really entertaining online multiplayer game, and it's some of the most fun you'll have with a game this summer.

This silly multiplayer online game is like a Teletubbies-style athletics tournament, and is a good entry point for the battle royale curious

If you haven’t played Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout yet, I strongly recommended everyone reading this to watch a Twitch stream or YouTube video. The colors are bright and inviting, the gameplay is easy to grasp, and though I don’t think it will be everybody’s cup of tea, I think that most gamers will find at least SOME fun to be had in the trails of the jelly beans. The team at Mediatonic seem dedicated to this game’s success and support, and there is truly so much potential for this game. I can see myself a year or two from now, having a wardrobe full of unique colors and costumes, playing through as-of-yet unreleased minigames, still trying after that elusive crown, and still laughing each time I get haphazardly tossed to my doom. For me, the asking price is an easy investment to what I envision will be endless hours of fun. At the end of 2020, there will be a lot to look back on. Mostly bad, but some good, and I think Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout will be high on my list of good.

The truth is, Fall Guys feels like that quick little game you boot up between other bigger games, its the little snack break in-between titles or the one you play with something else in the background. Much like Tetris 99, it’s best to play Fall Guys in small bursts throughout the day rather than a marathon session.

A breath of fresh, bright and breezy air after a summer of hard-hitting AAA’s, Fall Guys cements itself as an essential addition to your party library. Believe the hype.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is extremely funny, goofy, and I have never stopped laughing while I play it. I can play it with my friends in the same round but it's a pity that I can't really co-op with them.

Fall Guys : Ultimate Knockout is a grotesque battle royale dressed as a party-game, which gives hopes to 60 poor candidates to triumph over all the others every five minutes or so. Fun, colorful and justly unfair, Mediatonic's game just need to last the distance with new stages and a better interface with its second season.

If none of our hopes and dreams pan out (I'm sure at least some of them will considering the game's early success), Fall Guys is still one of the feel-good excursions of 2020. How much longevity players can get out of it will vary from person to person, but as someone who had essentially called it quits on the all-too-samey battle royale genre, I'm having a ridiculously fun time right here and now.

Fall Guys is one of the best online party games of the generation, offering a hilarious and intense battle royale with a ridiculous amount of customisation. A speedy pace and a substantial amount of different modes at launch mean that the game is always fresh and exciting. Even the Battle Pass and store are some of the fairest and less money-grabbing I have seen. Fall Guys is a must-play.

Games like Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is hard to review. Some people will tell you skill makes little to no difference, something I'd probably agree with for the most part, and the unpredictable elements can be annoying, yet it still manages to be engaging.

Exactly the sort of fun, colourful, and purposefully silly multiplayer game the world needs right now, even if it's not exactly the most polished video game of the year.

Fall Guys is the Battle Royale game for those who don't like Battle Royale games. This is enjoyment and positivity in its purest form with a long list of events that are primed to put a smile across your face, no matter whether you're playing alone or with friends. Your family will catch you chuckling, your buddies won't forget that time you cried with laughter, and you'll do it all over again because there's nothing else like it. Fall Guys is just the best.
